Qualifications:

– Master degree in architecture, HKIA Registered Architect with 3+ years’ working experience in large architectural design company;

– With experience in residential/institutional/commercial design, high creative enthusiasm and strong design ability, responsible, dedicated with good team spirit;

– Understand the design, engineering and market in the construction industry, be familiar with local laws, regulations, policies and industry standards; good professional ethics, high professional dedication and teamwork spirit;

– Skilled in Rhino, AutoCAD，Tangent，SketchUp, Indesign,Illustrator，Photoshop and other common software.
