WCWP has been established in Hong Kong for over 45 years with an architectural portfolio covering residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Hong Kong and China. Since joining the Deloitte China family in 2019, we, together with the wider Deloitte family, are continuingly developing into new markets, providing insights and opportunities for clients across a range of disciplines including regional economic advisory, real estate advisory, infrastructure and capital projects, value creation, and reorganization.

Work you'll do
- Management of one of our priviate residential/government projects
- Supervision of concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender and construction document preparation
- Project Management and contract administration
- Chair client meetings and site visits

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.
- Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Architecture
- Member of HKIA or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years' post-qualifcation experience in arhcitectural projects
- Strong design and contract administration skills
- Sound knowledge in construction / technical details
- Well-versed in local building regulations
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Immediately available is preferred
