Job Description
The architect for the visualization design is responsible for the visualization of architects’ conceptual ideas and the expression of the project's usp through renderings. He/She communicates with Project Managers to grasp their ideas and instructs and guides 3d artists to complete renderings. The architect for the visualization design cooperates with the Creative Director to and Design Director to managethe 3D team to create outstanding renderings that represent logon's identity and ideas.

_have an excellent feeling for colors, images and renderings
_be able to grasp the designer's ideas and visualize them
_ensure constant high quality renderings and compliance with logon's ci
_guide 3d artists, lead the team, train them, and define tasks
_define quality goals and enforce them
_knowledge about Chinese and international visualization trends and technologies
_work independently to complete projects
_be able to judge and take decisions
_understand building construction, technologies and materials
_be able to read and understand cad files, Sketchup and hand sketches
_time schedule coordination between the Project Managers and Design Director
_handle overtime and holiday issues of the 3D team
experience / skills
_min. 5 years visualization design experience
_advanced computer and software skills
_ability to manage a team
_knowledge about materials and construction details
_be able to communicate with both chinese and foreign architects in fluent English
_highly familiar with 3DMax and Photoshop
_be able to use AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
_experience in foreign company
