Our Client, a boutique architecture practice is looking for detailed oriented and agile Architectural Assistant with strong 2/3D computer software skills to join their Hong Kong Studio. 

Responsibilities:

• Report and support to Senior Management/ Senior Architect
• Responsible to produce full set of drawings and specifications
• Prepare tender documents and liaise with contractors and consultants when required
• Site visit on regular basis when required

Requirements:

• Master’s/ Degree holder in Architecture with min. 1-2 year of working experience with proven track record in the large scale of mixed-use projects located in Hong Kong and/ or China is an advantage
• Have good design documentation coordination and construction drawings experience
• Self-motivated, hard-working and possess strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp with good freehand skills
