Architectural Assistant for Construction Work

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related discipline.
• Keen in design and fitting-out works.
• Assist in preparation of tender / construction drawings.
• Assist in vetting and approval of shop drawings.
• Assist in project management services.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Organized, committed and self-motivated.
• Proficiency and efficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is a plus.

Site Supervisor

• Minimum 3 years of interior fitting out work experience.
• Responsible for the site co-ordination, safety supervision; and close monitoring to the sequence of works.
• Knowledgeable in fit out construction details and sequences.
• INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE and with strong sense of RESPONSIBILITY.
• With solid experience in safety supervision.
• TCP1 or above is a merit.
