• Knowledge in Architectural Design
• Degree / Diploma holder in Architectural Design or equivalent with Urban Planning Background
• Create Architectural Design / Urban Design / Master Planning Design Concepts
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Chance to work on a Prestigious Project in a Multi-Award-Winning Design Team
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in large scale Urban Planning & Design with Site Experience would be an advantage
• Strong Analytical Skills in preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max & V-Ray (or Rhino) and other relevant design software
• Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, creative with high adaptability
