职位概述
Job Overview

我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的外籍建筑设计总监，负责领导我们的国际设计团队，推动高端建筑项目的创新与落地。该职位需要具备国际化的设计视野、卓越的团队管理能力，以及对中国建筑市场的深刻理解。
We are seeking an experienced Foreign Architectural Design Director to lead our international design team and drive innovation in high-end architectural projects. The ideal candidate should possess a global design perspective, exceptional team management skills, and a deep understanding of the Chinese architectural market.

岗位职责
Responsibilities
1. 领导建筑设计团队，负责高端商业、酒店、综合体或文化类项目的概念方案设计及技术把控；
Lead the architectural design team, overseeing conceptual design and technical execution for high-end commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and cultural projects.
2. 确保设计理念符合国际标准，同时适应中国本土规范及市场需求；
Ensure design concepts meet international standards while complying with local Chinese regulations and market demands.
3. 协调国际设计团队与中国本地施工方、政府机构及客户的沟通与合作；
Coordinate communication and collaboration between international design teams and local stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and clients.
4. 优化设计流程，提升团队效率，推动数字化设计（BIM/参数化设计）的应用；
Optimize design workflows, enhance team efficiency, and promote the adoption of digital design tools (BIM/parametric design).
5. 参与公司海外战略发展，协助拓展国际业务合作机会。
Contribute to the company’s global strategic development and assist in expanding international business opportunities.

任职要求
Requirements
1. 教育背景： Education
- 建筑学或相关专业研究生及以上学历，持有国际认可的建筑师执照；
Master’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.Internationally recognized architectural license required.
2. 工作经验： Experience
- 10年以上国际建筑设计经验，5年以上团队管理经验；
10+ years of international architectural design experience, with 5+ years in team leadership.
- 曾主导过高端商业、酒店、文化或大型综合体项目，有亚洲（特别是中国）项目经验者优先；
Proven track record in leading high-end commercial, hospitality, cultural, or large-scale mixed-use projects. Experience in Asia (especially China) is a plus.


3.专业能力： Technical Skills
- 熟悉国际建筑设计标准，同时了解中国建筑规范及施工流程；
Familiarity with international design standards and Chinese building codes/construction practices.
- 精通AutoCAD、Revit、Rhino、SketchUp等设计软件，熟悉BIM工作流程；
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
- 对可持续设计、智能建筑等前沿趋势有深刻理解；
Deep understanding of sustainable design, smart buildings, and industry trends.
- 具有英国RIBA 或美国AIA 协会会员者优先考虑。
RIBA (UK) or AIA (US) membership preferred.

4. 软技能： Soft Skills:
- 优秀的跨文化沟通能力，能够高效协调国际团队与中国本地合作伙伴；
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to collaborate with international and local teams.
- 适应快节奏工作环境，具备商业思维与项目管理能力；
Adaptability to fast-paced environments with a business-oriented and project management mindset.

5. 工作地点：
Location
- 需全职在山东青岛工作，公司可协助办理工作签证及提供 relocation 支持。
Full-time position based in Qingdao, China. Work visa and relocation support provided.
