Job Responsibilities

• Prepare design presentation, tender and construction drawings independent
• Prepare general building plans for statutory submission
• Co-ordinate with consultants and government departments
• Conduct construction site meeting and inspection with the Contractors
  
  

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years after graduation from Architectural Degree
• At least 3 years working experience in commercial projects preferred
• Working experience of preparing design and tender drawings independently
• Hands on experience in preparing submission to Buildings Department is preferred
• Proficient user in AutoCAD
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
