Responsibilities

• Apply BIM technology in modelling of architectural design, participating coordination of BIM across disciplines and production of 2D drawing from BIM for tender/ construction documents

Requirements

• Familiar with Revit and AutoCAD is a MUST
• With at least 2 years hands-on experience in using Revit in modelling, BIM coordination in design/ construction phases, and preparation of GBP and tender drawings
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and a good team player with high level interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Navisworks, Photoshop, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software is preferable
• Immediate availability is preferred
