Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentation materials to client.
  
• Coordinate with consultants.
• Handle statutory submission.
• Prepare tender and construction drawings / documents.

Requirements:

• Holder of Architectural Professional Master Degree from recognized institution.
• At least 3 year post qualification experience in building construction industry and proficient with Auto CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Power Point etc.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua) and English.
• Self-motivated, good collaboration and communication skill.
• Experience in Hong Kong project is a must.
• Immediately available is preferred.
