Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural or related disciplines with no less than 3 years post qualification experience.
• Experience in high end residential, hotel projects and NGO projects preferred.
• Proficiency and efficiency in AutoCAD and tender drawings preparation.
• Software requirements: Autocad-2D, Photoshop, Sketchup, Words, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in high end residential or hotel projects preferred.
• Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills.
