Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Transportation Engineering

1. Civil Engineering Discipline Teacher and Researcher
1) Teaching: undertaking or assisting in teaching 1-2 undergradute courses or postgraduate courses.
2) Research: undertaking various international cooperation projects; publishing 2-3 high-quality papers; conducting research with the team.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in double first-class discipline construction and the improvement of some key research bases.
4) Public management & service: participating in public services, administrative work and etc.

2. Urban Planning Discipline Teacher and Researcher
1) Teaching: no less than 5 teaching periods per week for undergraduate courses; undertaking undergraduate design courses is preferred.
2) Research: hosting at least 1 research project at provincial or ministerial level or above in urban and rural planning; publishing 2 or more high-quality SCI papers per year as the first or corresponding author; (assisting in) supervising 2 postgraduates per year, mainly international students; attending 1 or more lectures at international academic conferences per year.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in urban planning discipline and platform construction, urban planning discipline construction projects, and discipline evaluation, etc.
4) Public management & service: revising at least 10 academic papers; participating in the construction of English website and the compilation of pamphlets; assisting in global cooperation and communication, etc.

3. Transportation Discipline Teacher and Researcher
1) Teaching: no less than 5 teaching periods per week for undergraduate courses, including ‘Academic Writing’, ‘Bilingual course’ etc.
2) Research: publishing at 1 high-level SCI paper per year as the first author or corresponding author; applying for 1 project at the provincial or ministerial level or above; assisting in supervising 2 or more postgraduates and graduates.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in transportation engineering discipline planning, discipline evaluation, platform construction, etc.
4) Public management & service: revising and polishing 5 or more papers per year; assisting in global cooperation and communication; participating in the reception of foreigners.
