Intermediate architects
Shanghai, China
Lemanarc is a leading international practice with offices in Laussane, Switzerland and Shanghai, China. We are a design driven multidisciplinary firm with a strong focus on Healthcare design.
We are seeking talented and motivated intermediate architects to collaborate with us in our Shanghai based studio.
The Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good technical knowledge and design sensitivity along with the following qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Foreign Nationality; Above 26 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in an architecture office preferably in a well respected overseas firm. Foreign experience is preferred.
• Excellent theoretical basis in architecture and urban planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Indesign. Experience with 3DS Max and Revit are a plus. Fluency in Archicad will be strongly valued.
• Good graphic presentation, modeling and rendering skills.
• Experience in Healthcare is a plus but not essential.
