Job description:

2. Excellent conceptual design ability, familiar with the workflow and drawing requirements of conceptual design, conceptual design, preliminary design, etc; Experience in shopping center and commercial street design is preferred;

3. Solid professional knowledge, familiar with the national policies and norms of architectural design industry;

4. Have original creative idea and innovative consciousness, and be able to complete the work with high efficiency and quality;

5. Love design, passion, excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, etc;

2. 2-5 years working experience in commercial building;

3. Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Su, lumion and other related software;

4. Familiar with the domestic and foreign construction industry norms, familiar with the national engineering management regulations, policies; The design drawings meet the requirements of national regulations and specifications.

5. Serious attitude, abide by national and company management discipline and articles of association.
