Job Responsibilities
- Liaise and implement area sales expansion strategy
- Responsible for area sales leadership for the responsible territory
- Identify and develop target customers, terminals & patients
- Engage with business partners to build the sales platform in the responsible territory
- Lead, build, develop & motivate external sales organization of business partners
- Deliver area sales targets, implement company sales & marketing programs
- Feedback latest market development, KPI tracking and competitor intelligence
Qualifications:
- Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor or above
- Major: Science or Business related
- Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): Leadership & coaching skills; Customer orientation (internal and external); Strong people skills to be able to function effectively internally as well as externally; Business and market know-how; Financial and negotiation skills
