We are currently seeking a full time Area Executive Housekeeper - Victoria to lead the effective strategy for housekeeping departments across several Melbourne CBD properties.
 
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated professional to join our team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the professional and cost effective running of the Housekeeping departments in your multi-property area. Areas of accountability will include cost control, operation standardisation, team management, and WHS compliance. You will need to form strong relationships with your General Managers & Department Heads, whilst ensuring service standards are maintained, profitability maximised and customer’s needs met.
 
Do you have what it takes?
 
We are seeking a hands-on, passionate leader, with the ability to support diverse teams 
•    Previous Leadership experience, within a 4 star hotel setting, preferably across multiple properties
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong knowledge of compliance and quality control practices including risk assesments, Workplace Health and Safety enforcement, reporting and documentation
•    Efficient time management skills and able to manage competing priorities 
•    Genuine commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail
•    Enjoy working within a diverse team, and autonomously
•    Full working privileges for Australia (Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship)

In this role you will drive the productivity, safety, and development of all Housekeeping Departments, whilst ensuring high standards and company guidelines are maintained.
 
Your duties and responsibilities will include ensuring Occupational Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained, monitoring productivity output according to occupancy levels, labour costs and equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness standards arenot compromised.
 
You will have exceptional attention to detail with previous leadership experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. You will also have excellent grooming and presentation skills.
