To ensure the stores operate at the highest levels of customer service and merchandising, providing an important interface between the head office and the stores.

保证店铺贯彻高标准的客户服务和商品调配,成为总部和店铺之间提供重要的纽带。



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To oversee a team of managers about their performance and their own teams. Ensuring monthly development plans and performance reviews are met timely, addressing any performance issues and identifying talent.
  • 评估店铺经理和团队工作表现。保证每月的发展的计划和工作评估的及时完成,解决问题,发展潜力员工
  • To understand the retail environment and suggest sales strategies to drive the full-price business in each e.g. stock package, customer profile, incentives, marketing.
  • 了解零售业,提出战略规划,例如:产品价格,***,激励机制,市场推广
  • To lead on the Burberry Experience ensuring that all managers and their teams are trained in selling techniques and product knowledge so they can create an effective and productive selling team within their store.

  • To be aware of competitor activity and communicate this to the team and head office.

  • Monitor stock within the stores to identify fast and slow sellers then recommend appropriate action.
  • 掌握店铺间的存货和销售信息以给予适当的指导
  • Provide effective feedback to buyers / merchandisers ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time and nuances of the market are communicated.
  • 品部提供有效的反馈,保证畅销产品及时补货和市场信息相互交流
  • Work closely with the Visual team to ensure global merchandising standards are adhered to in all stores and window displays.
  • 觉陈列团队紧密合作,保证全球商品标准在店铺和橱窗展示上遵循统一的标准
  • To control costs to budget where appropriate.
  • 预算适当地控制开销
  • Ensure the company procedures on security are adhered to.
  • 公司流程的有效贯彻
  • Set up reporting vehicles to ensure constant feedback to the related department as Retail Office, Finance and HR, etc.

建立报告工具,保证及时地与相关部门,例如零售部,财务部,人事部等及时的反馈



PERSONAL PROFILE:

  • A commercially driven attitude and passion for the luxury sector.

热爱奢侈品行业,有商业意识

  • Assertive and sales target driven attitude.

果断的决策力和销售竞争意识

  • A proven track record of developing a large team.

具备较强领导能力

  • Strong organisational and planning skills

较强的组织协调能力

  • Retail management experience, preferably at area management level for a luxury retailer.

相关零售行业经验,在奢侈品行业区域管理经验优先
