Our client, an international fine jewellery brand, is recruiting a professional calibre for the position of Area Manager to oversee all the boutiques in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:   

• Assist Retail Manager and General Manager in the operation aspects, including sales management, people management, store operation, customer relations management and yearly store budget;
• Manage daily operations to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation and execution of strategies and operations;
• Advice on the merchandises with the latest product trend and customers' needs
• Conduct trainings for the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques and customer service 
• Lead the new store opening and renovation projects

Job Requirements:  

• 8 - 10 years of store management experience in luxury jewellery brands
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivation and initiatives
