• Establish an efficient and stable DTP pharmacy management system, including but not limited to: SOP development, training and audit.建立高效稳定的DTP药店管理体系，包括但不限于：流程的建立，培训和审计
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. MKT, Sales, V&A and Foundation, etc.) to find out the resource and process we could use to help improve the retail performance与内部和外部团队（如市场营销、销售、V&A和基金会等）合作，找出我们可以用来帮助提高零售业绩的资源和流程
• Support the innovative projects, such as ecosystem, network hospital, Injection center, innovative self-pay business, patient management and education, etc.支持生态系统、网络医院、输注中心、创新支付、患者管理和教育等创新型项目
• Build a competent and responsible team, encouraging the team to fulfill company target, cultivating and maintaining talents. 建立一支称职、负责任的团队，鼓励团队完成公司目标，培养和稳定人才

• College Degree or above. 大专以上学历
• Pharmacy/medical background is preferred. 药学/医学背景者优先
• Understand the laws and regulations related to commercial and retail operations. 了解商业、零售操作的相关法律和法规
• Local territory language knowledge a must; proficiency in English is preferred. 必须具备当地语言，英语熟练者优先
• More than 6 years of working experience in pharmaceutical companies, preferably with retail management experience. 6年以上制药企业工作经验，有零售管理经验者优先
• Have the distributor/retail channel customer resources. 拥有经销商/零售渠道客户资源
• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. 优秀的沟通技巧，能与各种内部和外部的利益相关方有效合作
• Self -motivated, pro-active and sense of a mission. 自我激励，积极主动，有使命感
