职责描述
- Setup, maintain and manage an appropriate distributor and end-user network
- Work out and follow the annual budget in accordance with the CEO
- Periodically organize training for the technical and sales staff of all distributors
- Assist and support distributors both technically and commercially
- Setup and run an appropriate performance review system for and with each distributor
- Handle sales according to risk management system and in accordance with the CEO
- Reporting according to the company's requirements
- Helping customers to solve application problems (in cooperation with the Application Engineer)
- Running tool tests and demos
- Analyzing customer applications and working out tooling proposals and quotations
- Helping to organize and participating tool shows
- Keeping cost within budget
