• Setup, maintain and manage an appropriate distributor and end-user network
• Work out and follow the annual budget in accordance with the CEO
• Periodically organize training for the technical and sales staff of all distributors
• Assist and support distributors both technically and commercially
• Setup and run an appropriate performance review system for and with each distributor
• Handle sales according to risk management system and in accordance with the CEO
• Reporting according to the company's requirements
• Helping customers to solve application problems (in cooperation with the Application Engineer)
• Running tool tests and demos
• Analyzing customer applications and working out tooling proposals and quotations
• Helping to organize and participating tool shows
• Keeping cost within budget
