Job Description
Location: Beijing / Shanghai
Reports To: Zone Business Director Greater China - SF
Position Summary
- To market and sell the BU Sheet-Fed products of the Bobst Group for the customer .
Main Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers in the Territory to maintain and improve the relationships by maximize number of contacts with them through regular visits, telephone, advertising, seminars, exhibitions;
- Particular importance will be given to target the right customers, and organize travel schedules in consequence ;
- Accompany customers locally & overseas to visit reference customers, the manufacturing plants of Bobst Group, or exhibitions, when judged necessary, and in agreement with his boss ;
- In charge of Monthly Report, Business Report and Annual Sales Report, etc for the sales activities and forecast in his territory ;
- With the help of Sales administration, organize availability of sales brochures and Sales tools in Chinese.
- In charge of actually negotiating Sales Contracts .
Critical Skills and Personal Attribute
Functional skills:
- 1-2 years technical background / experiences;
- Mini 5 years sales experiences in similar industry;
- Understand the printing and packaging industry;
- Capital equipment sales experience is preferred;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Can travel frequently.
- Personal skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable;
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
