Sales Manager - System Sales Join Eaton and help us provide energy-efficient solutions that have a real impact on the environment. We make what matters work. As a Sales Manager for our system offering, you will join our successful Critical Power Solutions team have an exiting area to help us grow our large system sales, particularly in the area of UPS back up power as well as energy storage. You have a strong electrical background and you understand project business and have experience of developing and managing partner networks and end customers. Ideally, on product level, you have experience from uninterrupted power systems and/or energy storage. The role is versatile and depends on your skills and drive to grow and develop. Qualifications Your key deliverables: You take systematic and proactive responsibility of own accounts and your own book of business You hunt new business and work with RFP’s and RFQ’s. Reach your targets in customer satisfaction, sales growth and profitability. You come with a good existing network which helps to you to build partner networks to deliver large projects – turn key solutions for our customers and expand our existing operation. Required: A “can do” attitude with a passion for sales Preferably (but not required) BSc. or MSc. level in suitable field Electrical background - good knowledge of the main circuit and an ability to quickly learn low and medium voltage solutions, UPS technology and energy storage solutions. Skills to interpret RFQ’s and technical drawings as well as designing solutions for our customers You communicate and present fluently in seminars and at the customer front, also in English You have a “customer-first attitude” and you are an energetic self-starter with good team working skills. You have demonstrated your skills in executing project business Your working style is systematic with demonstrated knowledge of managing your busines with CRM and market data Ability to also sell virtually using digital tools and communicate in different channels Management experience or motivation for leadership development is an asset Then we want to hear about you!
