Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Define the business plan for the markets which have been allocated to his responsibilities, establish target revenue projections and set the strategic guidelines to rapidly increasing sales, always keeping an eye on profitability.
• Looking for suitable and reliable furniture retailer in first and second tier cities that can sell the high end portfolio of ceccotti collezioni
• Closely manage the revenue turnovers of the distributor' network which represents a relevant source of income for the CHINA market
• Build and manage the allocated distribution network made of exclusive distributors, providing it with:

a) strategic direction,

b) adequate training

c) product, customer service , before and after sales support

d) monitoring sales performance

e) Visual merchandising maintenance of the stores and/or spaces in line with the standards of Poltrona Frau

f) giving input in necessary organizational changes and interacting with the Region's HQ in ensuring superior service to clients.

• Rapidly establish or activate a professional network of architect & interior designers able to specify the products for both soft contract projects and private use.
• Strengthen the awareness of brands. Proactively managing marketing activities, supporting dealers and agents.
• Provide constructive input regarding new product development and completion of the product portfolio tailored to the CHINA market
• Other task assigned by managers

Requirements

Bachelor degree, with more than 2 years working experience in Sales

Good communication & Coordination skills with all levels.

Patient and detail-minded, can work under pressure, a good team player.

Positive service attitude

Sales driven with excellent track record

Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities

excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Good English, both in oral and written

Interior design back group is highly appreciated

Willing to travel
