Train the AOSEs to follow and meet the company requirement of HSE and code of conduct in daily work
Implement and push the AOSEs to use the SDMS tools in daily work to improve the efficiency of sales force
Collect marketing information from sales team and distributors, report to RSM
Lead the team to achieve sales target by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines and code of conduct
Review special price applications from AOSEs to maintain a certain level of profit in the area
Collect local budget planning and follow up the actual expense to realize the best utilization
Coach and assist AOSE to help the distributors to build their own sales team, develop their business plan and marketing programs; ensure adequate follow-up and take actions to help distributors to continuously expand their network, set up connections with key customers
Assist RSM to organize periodic sales meeting, ensure a transparent communication between the management and local sales team
Coach AOSE on daily basis, provide training or co-visit when necessary to improve their competencies, for instance, technical and market knowledge, understand of the company strategies, selling skills etc.
Responsible for the stability of the sales team and involve the new recruitments
Coordinate with other supporting departments to ensure effective operation for the sales growth and customer satisfaction
Timely conduct EIA interview, train up potential AOSE for succession plan and individual career development
Double check the sales forecast that provided by team members, ensure that forecasts are accurate, help company’s logistics
Coach and manage team members to deliver effective and efficient work
Lead and foster good cross-functionality with other departments, in particular with supply-chain, marketing/Technical/Digital/Communication.

Enhance the brand awareness in the responsible region through daily work
