Siemens Smart Infrastructure is currently searching for an experienced Service Sales Executive to lead sales and business development activities in Northern part of Indian markets. You will be part of a digital service team ecosystem which works across the value chain of different industries and provide customers with technology as a service. Location: Position will be in Gurgaon/Lucknow/Chandigarh expected travelling throw-out northern part of India. What will you do? Identify market opportunities and improve market reach in various vertical viz. Pharmaceuticals, Data Centre, Healthcare, Smart campus, Smart building,etc. from Lead Generation process Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Work on opportunities created through lead generation process and work to close in Siemens favour Identify and create opportunities through audit of existing systems installed at customer facility for existing accounts Identify competition system installations and generate leads by proposing replacement of old systems Service Business through Installed Base of Fire Detection System, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Gas based Fire Suppression System, Strong Techno-commercial & Designing knowledge of Fire Detection System, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Gas based Fire Suppression System, Ability to design, quote and negotiate for Retrofit & Revamps of old Systems Actively involved in negotiating new AMC Contracts for the system Maintain Customer Account information on Installed base and Business Should have good reporting and presentation skill Prepares customer contacts, builds and maintains a customer focused network in order to develop both customer and industry / vertical market expertise systematically. Supports customers directly in cost/benefits analyses and calculations to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products. Prepares and negotiates projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management. May act as a single point of contact in commercial matters. Completes sales and revenue related key reporting. Work in an open, collaborative, team environment in support of our ownership and customer centric culture. What will you need to succeed? Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as in Sales Engineer in selling product/solution portfolios like BMS, IBMS, Fire, Access Control, CCTV, Security, Electrical, PLC with digital offering Proven sales records with consultative sales experience dealing with end customers (MNC’s and local players), consultants and contractors Proven customer relationships experience with major end users in various industries. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering with have a knowledge of digital technology expertise. Knowledge of HVAC domain and Building Technologies like Building Automation, Basic understanding, and application of IoT/ analytical capabilities. Experience in customer service business and market expectations, changing needs in digitalization and adding value by applying new digital services Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time, domestically as required. Ability to work with internal & external contacts of different cultural background Sound knowledge of Commercial Processes, Cost Estimation, Negotiation and Contract management and financial basics About us.
