Job Description
Responsibilities: Sales management covering Petrochemical & Energy Sector for the products and solutions of the EAD (Electrification, Automation & Digitalization) Business Unit. Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region. Responsible for creating leads/ opportunities and generating Sales Orders in the Oil & Gas Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders. Actively approach EPC customer for business opportunity development. Closely cooperate with technical teams to prepare the technical proposal. Optimize our solution to meet the customer expectations. Make technical and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management. Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment. Develop Leads and Qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process, and funding. Manage key End User technical relationships and successfully build relationships with the business development / account team, partners and customers. Coordinate projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet Customer satisfaction and due dates following the processes formulated by Siemens Energy. Achieve Quarterly & Yearly assigned order intake and sales pipeline development targets. Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network. Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management. Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region. May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support. The Profile: You have a Master degree in the field of electrification/automation. You have at least 5 years of experience in project management in O&G and/or sales of solutions. Total of 5+ years of solution sales experience with customers in the O&G & Energy sectors Mainly focusing on Industrial Automation solutions Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plans Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach. Good Spoken & Written English and French. Ability to travel all around the country. Valid Driving License with driving experience.
