What you would be doing? · Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets under Nagpur office – Area Sales, based out of Nagpur, for the entire portfolio of DI OpCo, in order to increase sales with all types of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets. Position Description: Ensures the implementation of sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization. Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s). Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reviews and reporting. Defines and allocates resources. Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning. Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects. Support strategic key customers' business development. Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff How do you qualify for the role? Candidate with an Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Electrical and additional Management background would be preferred with 8-12 years of Sales and BD experience in LV Switchgears and LV Motors. Exceptional Networking, Communication and Presentation skills desired. He / She will need to be passionate about bringing technology to market and will need to be comfortable discussing technology at RM Level.
