We are looking for a customer focused Services Manager to help shape our F&S service business. In this role you will
- Manage the day to day management of the engineering team and partially productive dependent on the size of the team and supervision of engineering tasks and ensuring the team are put to work safely – we are looking for a coach and mentor.
- Provide monthly forecast and performance reports as agreed with the branch commercial head
- Work with the branch sales team to support sales enquiries and overall customer engagement and account planning
- Work the branch projects team to ensure overall transparency between branch service and branch projects including but not exclusive to service to project handover and resourcing requirements for each organisational unit.
- P&L responsibility for Service Business for assigned organisational unit & meeting contract GM targets.
- Works with the Customer Relationship managers to ensure overall customer satisfaction & loyalty for area of responsibility.
- Ensure service budgets are set for required training and development of teams within assigned organisational unit, ensuring development plans are in place throughout the teams.
- Responsible for employee engagement and development within assigned organisational unit.
- Implementation of and adherence to strategies, policies, processes and methods for service operations activities (technically and/or commercially)
- Ensure continuous improvement of service business driving efficiency, digitalisation and introduction of new service offerings.

You will have experience managing large teams, coaching, mentoring, and delivering an exceptional service by ensuring that utilisation and productivity targets are met within the team on a consistent and timely basis.
