Key Focus areas:
The position is reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager or the Director in the International Business team. With the responsibilities on new supplier sourcing, supplier development, supplier risk mitigation and supplier exit.
-Drive regular new supplier sourcing activity and business review
-Support supplier performance monitoring in terms of compliance and dependency monitoring
-Support supplier risk analysis and mitigation strategy initiation
-Build a competitive network of quality suppliers throughout the world and develop Preferred Suppliers to meet the company future requirements;
-Establishes measures to determine or select the right suppliers according to the company requirement
-Build an effective working relationship with suppliers and also develop their competence and production capacity, ensure the goods are delivered on time, in full and fulfill the company’s quality requirement
-Develop continuous Cost Improvement Program

Position Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree + in international business and economics, or English or related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional procurement/sourcing and supply chain management experience.
- Be able to defines what is a right supplier for the company – establishes measures to determine or select the right suppliers according to the company requirement
- Experience engaged in Premium Bottled Mineral Water is preferred
-Good command of English and Mandarin is desirable
-Self-driven and able to work under pressure within the time frame
