POSITION SUMMARY:

The position is required to manage Tommy Jeans’ shops in GZ & Shenzhen, mainly responsible for on-site operation, and constantly enhance store performance & staff productivity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Assist TOMMY Hilfiger Retail Operation Manager in stores operations.
• Manage stores inventory in a rational manner.
• Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget.
• Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level.
• Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity.
• Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters
• Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the company.

  INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS
  Retail Operations Team, Support functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT etc).Internal:

External: Landlord, third-party vendors

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct: Retail Manager, GZ&SZ

In-Direct: N/A

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in retail apparel, minimum 2-3 years Area Supervisor Experience

  Skills:

• Strong communication skills internal and external.
• Computer Skills
• Sales driven
• Out-going personality with strong team work spirit

  Education: University graduate in Fashion related majors.
