1.Work collaboratively across different teams in Eaton (Site requestors/approvers/Finance controllers/GFSS/supply chain leaders/IT teams) Suppliers/Ariba to drive user adoption and converting opportunity spend through Ariba tool for the applicable categories/ products. 2.. Digital mentorship programs and drive adoption of the tool with innovative virtual trainings/videos. Branding of the tool across the organization by participating in functional level meetings, site level AHM's 3.Implement learnings from past deployments, site visits to understand VoC and work within CoE/project team to resolve site issues and becoming PoC for sites to drive adoption 4.Assess current knowledge & awareness and provide feedback to training team to meet training requirements for the end users of the platform 5 Regular connect with assigned business/sites and creating issue log to capture and solve all issues within the defined timeline. 6.Working to find out root cause for the issues and drive solution through structured CI tools implementation 7.Should be strong in Data analytics skill to get meaningful decisions made out of numbers 8.Conduct trainings, specific workshop as per site requirements to increase awareness of the tool. 9.Ensure projects meet their financial & operational goals (KPIs) viz cost out, cost avoidance, productivity gain and on time & accurate deliveries. 10.Act as a subject matter expert to drive effective deployment of the tool 11.Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by meeting customer expectations and needs, meeting customer focused KPIs, understand VoC 12.Create and maintain all documentation in structured way for all the training requirements 13.Address customer escalations promptly with having sustainable solutions in place with the help of Why-Why, 8D, A3 approaches. 14.Monitor progress and achievements on projects. Provide timely status and reports to stakeholders. 15.Champions Continuous Improvement Culture through Kaizen, BPI, Process Improvement and Standardization 16. Flexible in attitude and approach in completing all the tasks assigned to the position & willingness to learn new skills as desired 17. Should act as SME, consulting and solution design expert - during the project deployment and tool functioning.
