Article 1 Working Time
7:50-11:45 am (From Monday to Friday).
13:00-17:10 pm (From Monday to Thursday); 12:30-15:30 (Friday).
18:00-20:35 pm (one day from Monday to Thursday). Foreign teachers who have evening classes can enjoy one half day (morning or afternoon working hours) off per week, provided there are no teaching tasks scheduled during those hours.

Article 2 Maximum Teaching Workload 20 classes per week, 45 minutes per class.

Article 3 Job Responsibilities
Teaching: Undoubtedly the most important responsibility, your teaching will be divided into three separate categories. In total, the maximum number of periods per week you will teach is 20. This will include some combination of the teaching roles described below.

Art Teaching:
-Teach Middle School Students a variety of different areas of focus within the Art Classes
-Lessons should be taught in English
-Teach approximately 6-12 periods of Art lessons per week
-Responsible for the planning and designing of the lessons, the delivery of the lessons, providing feedback on homework and assignments, designing assessments, and giving grades.

Design Teaching:
-Teach Middle School Students a variety of different areas of focus within the Design Classes
-Lessons should be taught in English
-Teach approximately 6-12 periods of Design lessons per week
-Responsible for the planning and designing of the lessons, the delivery of the lessons, providing feedback on homework and assignments, designing assessments, and giving grades.

Elective Teaching:
-Teach Middle School Students elective courses in areas of interest to you.
-Teach approximately 2-6 periods of Elective lessons per week
-Each elective course meets either once or twice per week
-Electives are not required to have graded assignments or homework, and should be designed to spark an interest within the students

Administrative Duties:
-Regularly attend departmental and school-wide meetings
-Participate in team curriculum planning meetings (if applicable)
-Complete regular lesson plans and unit plans and submit them on time
-Record student attendance and provide occasional feedback to students based on their progress in the courses

Article 4 Compensation&Benefits
i. Monthly salary before tax:
-Teaching position: RMB 25,000 - 35,000
ii. Full payment for winter and summer vacations
iii. Two-year employment contract bonus: Approx. one month salary
iv. Free shared apartment or Housing allowance of RMB3,500-5,000
v. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights up to USD 2,000 (Beijing - home country)
vi. Reimbursement for relocation fee of maximum RMB 2,000
