• Oversee the overall execution of our brand, including advertising, branding, websites, videos, and advise on packaging design.
• Work with the Creative Director/Brand Director/ID Director to develop and communicate our brand vision as well as doing the detailed design work.
• Lead, inspire, and nurture design teams, manage multiple tracks of work, and deliver excellent designs.
• Develop new brands and all accompanying marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising or related field and at least 7+ years of experience.
• Strong portfolio with engaging, diverse designs across all media including video, print and digital.
• Strong ability to present to, and work with business and engineering stakeholders.
• A brilliant thinker who is independent, and self-motivated. Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills.
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in TV commercial ideation and production.
• Exhibits passion for jaw-droppingly beautiful designs.
• Must demonstrate experience designing for complex workflows and working with branding and product development teams in an agile environment.
• Fluent in English. Candidates with Mandarin Chinese ability would be highly preferred.
• Experience in online retailers / consumer electronic brands / advertising agency highly preferred.
• Curious and knowledgeable in consumer electronics, gadgets and latest trends.
• A team player who exhibits a positive, constructive and collaborative attitude, even under pressure.
• Role based in Shenzhen, China
