Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sourcing, ordering, quality management and delivery of printing material
• Ensure all artwork and design is creative and of high quality for all ines of business in publishing, retail and e-learning
• Maintain high standard of data security and content management
• Lead and manage the department to operate under high standard of integrity and in compliance with the company's internal control standard
• Prepare the company in terms of skills, resources and infrastructure for digital publishing

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Graphic / Web / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
• Familiar with printing production process and paper materials
• Creative, self-motivated with strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
• Proven ability to manage a sizeable team and mentor junior & senior designers
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in publishing, design or printing industries
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
