Job Description
職責:
- 處理顧客服務工作,包括解答課程查詢、推廣課程及處理報名手續
- 接聽及處理電話查詢
- 安排導師上課時間及與導師溝通課程準備事項
- 支援及協助導師教學
- 簡單日常清潔
- 處理文書及一般行政工作,包括學費、現金管理及日常雜務等
- 處理指定特設工作
Job Duties:
- Perform general customer services and receptionist duties, including answering enquiries, promoting courses and handling applications.
- Handle incoming calls and enquires and ensure that all are answered promptly
- Liaise with instructors about timetable arrangement and courses preparation
- Assist in instructors during classes
- Responsible for simply daily cleaning
- Perform general clerical and administration work, including tuition and cash management and daily tasks etc.
- Support and handle any ad-hoc work as assigned
職位要求 :
- 中六程度或以上
- 1年或以上文書處理經驗,如應徵者具備顧客服務等相關經驗將獲優先考慮
- 懂電腦操作,熟悉MS Word、Excel及中英文打字
- 能操流利廣東話、英語及普通話
- 積極主動,有責任感、有禮貌
- 有良好溝通技巧,能獨立及共同處理工作
- 可立即上班優先
Requirements:
- DSE or above
- At least 1 year or above relevant experience. Priority will be given if applicant has experience in customer service or related field
- Basic computer operation and familiar with MS office programmes and word processing
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated with initiative, responsible and with positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is preferred
上班時間及薪金 :
- 薪金 $11,500-13,500 (視乎經驗)
- 星期一: 16:00-20:00
- 星期二至五: 11:00-20:00
- 星期六: 09:30-18:30
- 星期日至星期一早上: 休息(公眾假期除外)
Office Hour & Salary
- Salary: $11,500-$13,500 (Depends on experience)
- Monday: 16:00-20:00
- Tuesday to Friday: 11:00-20:00
- Saturday: 09:30-18:30
- Sunday to Monday Morning: Off (except for public holidays)
