Job Description

1. Training to become a teacher for IGCSE, A-level and BTEC courses in Graphic Design;
2. Graphic Design and Pure Art curriculum development including lesson plan production, lesson planning notes, lesson plans, classroom set up and resource building;
3. Students guidance and counselling on portfolio work for university progression;
4. Outstanding graphic design application software and technical skills to carry out teaching content courses in graphic creativity, visual communication, illustration, basic printmaking, animation, logo and typography, and familiarity with the use of digital software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe-related software and graphic related fields APP;
5. Provide support to the school's promotional and recruitment activities including organising on and off-campus graphic design art workshop sessions;
6. Weekend/after school drawing classes, trips and activities. Organise and participate in out of school teaching trips;
7. Two evenings on duty for study hall per week;
8. Six to Eight Sunday day duties in a year;
9. Participation in extracurricular activities essential;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker or Chinese bilingual speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (subject related majors preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Two years of previous teaching experience in subject required (Experience of teaching second language speakers or boarding school experience preferred);
6.Teaching certificate preferred;

1.Base salary 200,000 to 400,000 RMB per year (before tax) based on experience and qualifications;
