Job Description:
As an Art Teacher, your primary responsibility is to instruct and inspire students in various artistic techniques and concepts. You will play a crucial role in fostering creativity, developing artistic skills, and promoting an appreciation for the arts among students（age from 5-15yso）.
Working time:Wed-Sun.9am-5:30pm (1st July-23rd Aug. working hour Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop art lesson plans, aligning them with educational standards and grade-level requirements. Create engaging and age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity and artistic growth.
2. Classroom Instruction: Teach students various art forms, such as drawing, painting, sculpture. Demonstrate techniques and provide hands-on instruction to help students develop their artistic abilities.
3. Student Assessment: Evaluate and assess student artwork, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. Track student progress and maintain records of their work and achievements.
4. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity, mutual respect, and cooperation. Establish and enforce discipline and behavior standards to ensure a productive learning environment.
5. Art Appreciation: Educate students about different art styles, movements, and famous artists. Encourage students to analyze and discuss artworks critically, fostering an understanding and appreciation for various forms of artistic expression.
6. Materials and Resources: Manage art supplies, equipment, and resources effectively. Plan and budget for necessary art materials, ensuring their availability for student projects and activities.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum across different subjects and grade levels.
8. Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and advancements in the field of art education. Attend workshops, conferences.
