We are looking for a brilliant Product Manager to join our transformation journey and our amazing team.
The role is for leading Internal implementation and adoption of AI/ML based products to grow Intel's business and transform sales organizations, focused on the business side of the product management spectrum.
In this role you will need to be a business expert on Intel's Sales and marketing motions, what are the considerations for making decisions from tactics (such as - what makes a good lead) to strategic (What is the right account coverage strategy). With your expertise, you will work with a team of AI product owners and Data scientists to develop and apply impactful AI based solution to be used by Intel's Sales and Marketing group.
You will need to demonstrate deep knowledge of Intel's business, products, sales motions and be a data savvy so you can bride and connect between the business needs and appropriate solution.

Responsibilities may include:
Understand the business challenges and opportunity
Define roadmap based on clear prioritization
Maximize impact of AI capabilities by using smart propensity and prediction models
Work with IT and external vendors to develop and apply foundational propensity and prediction models in support of specific use cases to scale Sales or Marketing actions
Focus areas could be - Seller insight, Account Based selling and Marketing, Product propensity to buy, Competition exposure identification, targeted Sales and Marketing motions, Investment optimization and more.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Domain Knowledge (Sales/Marketing/BU) - understand the key operational metrics of the business and their impact on profit and loss, revenue, MSS... In addition - Knowledge of common use-cases and the different sales motions in the semiconductors industry.
Can bring the voice of sales and business to increase the relevancy and effectiveness of the AI products.
Project management - should be able to direct an initiative from ideation through production and adoption.
Entrepreneurial mind-set - need the enthusiasm, commitment, and business savvy to navigate the many technical, structural, and organizational roadblocks that can emerge.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new systems.
Ability to translate Business opportunity into solutions and technical requirement
Ability to break-down complex projects and features, simplify and prioritize them.
Passionate about data with outstanding analytical skills.
Influence skills - Can translate vague idea or goal into tangible initiative, setting the requirements from technical teams and synthesizes complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on.
Ability to work with senior executives and handle effective stakeholder management
Customer-oriented and Can-Do attitude.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in Finance/Business or related field OR BSc in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science or any related field
5+ years of relevant experience

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
