Job Responsibilities:
1. Deeply participate in the research and development of artificial intelligence algorithms, covering core fields such as computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning, and design and implement efficient algorithm models in combination with the company's business needs.
2. Closely collaborate with cross-departmental teams (including product, design, operation, etc.) to understand business scenarios, land artificial intelligence technologies into actual products and services, and promote product intelligent upgrading.
3. Be responsible for data cleaning, processing and analysis, and build high-quality data sets to provide strong support for model training.
4. Continuously track the cutting-edge technologies and research achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, and put forward innovative technical solutions and optimization suggestions in combination with the company's development strategy.
5. Write standardized technical documents, and record the R&D process, algorithm principles, model structure, etc. in detail to facilitate team knowledge sharing and technical inheritance.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, and statistics.
2. Work Experience: 1-3 years of R&D experience in related fields of artificial intelligence, with priority given to those with actual project landing experience.
3. Technical Capabilities: Proficient in Python programming language, familiar with common machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.; familiar with common artificial intelligence algorithms, including but not limited to convolutional neural networks (CNN), recurrent neural networks (RNN), Transformer, etc., and able to skillfully apply them to actual projects.
4. Have a solid mathematical foundation, including linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical statistics, optimization theory, etc.
5. Have good code writing habits and be able to write efficient and maintainable code.
6. Language proficiency: Native English speaker or possessing excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with multinational teams; At the same time, those who have a certain foundation in Chinese and can engage in daily communication would be better off.
7. Other Requirements: Have good team cooperation spirit, strong learning ability and innovation awareness, and be able to independently solve problems in a fast-paced working environment.
