What will I be doing?

lCreation andexecution of design concepts for the hotel’s promotional materials,collaterals, theme decor and other items based on specifications given onassigned subject.

lConverts designs intocamera-ready artwork (ready for printing or production) – manually or usingdesktop publishing system.

lDesign and productionof signage, banquet posters, banners, backdrops, décor.

lEnsures that HIidentity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand,color, specifications).

lEnsures jobs arescheduled properly and time management is exercised for art section to meet setdeadlines for design and art works.

lOrganizes creativelibrary (designs, graphics, photographs, books, reference materials, colorguides) for easy reference.

lEnsures that DesktopPublishing System is regularly serviced and maintained.

lPlans out purchase ofart supplies, paper stock and monitors proper usage.

lReplenishment ofrequired art supplies, paper stock.

lMaintenance of artwork and design filing system.

lWork with Hilton web marketingto ensure contents of Hilton Hotel pages are updated at all times.

lThe management reserves the rightto change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of timeduring her / his employment.

lCarries out anyother reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to be creative andmaintain flexibility.

- Extensive knowledge of designing andart work production.

- Preferably in the hotel industry.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Ability to read English.

- Knowledge of design software on iMac computer.
