We offer an exciting opportunity to deliver the products of the future in our new biologics manufacturing plant in Södertälje, as our Artwork Coordinator.

Business Area

The Sweden biomanufacturing center’s Supply Chain team are responsible for establishing new products at the site and managing our commercial biologic drug product & finished pack products to ensure we successfully supply medicines to patients around the world in the right time.  We are a diverse team that works closely with cross-functional teams both at our site and around our network to ensure excellent customer service.

The role as Artwork Coordinator sits in the Material, Traceability and Artwork team within Supply Chain and as Packaging Artwork Coordinator  you will ensure effective coordination between SBCs products and the market companies. You will act as the main contact for operational questions with in your area of responsibility GLBP (Global Labelling Business Process) for launches, changes to launched products and internal change initiatives.

What you’ll do

Among other things, as artwork coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate artworks projects between marketing companies, functions within SBC and external contacts such as graphic studios
  • Set up and manage artworks projects in Gazelle (global system for handling decorated packaging materials)
  • Develop documentation, update, issue and archive documentation for primary/secondary packaging and decors
  • Have close contact with marketing companies to provide material samples and ensure good customer relations that are proactive and solution-oriented
  • Provide production and planning functions with information so that new decor can be introduced on the marketing company's products in accordance with the requirement specifications
  • Create and approve impression specifications for all products within Sweden Operations
  • Participate in SBC's projects to secure lead time targets linked to GLBP
  • Actively contribute to both the daily and the strategic improvement work

Essential Requirements

As our Artwork Coordinator it is essential to have:

  • An education with connection to Supply Chain or long experience in the area, knowledge in regulatory work is also an advantage
  • You are used to working in many different computerized systems, knowledge of SAP is an plus
  • You are customer-focused, structured and have a good capability to work together with others as well as on your own
  • Strong problem solving skills and experience of continuous improvements
  • Ability to cope with change and is comfortable changing direction and acting without complete information
  • Experience in collaboration and communication, in Swedish and English, with key customers and stakeholders within and outside AZ. The job requires that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing
