Reporting directly to the local Market Activity Manager, this role plays a crucial part in the effective delivery of activity pipeline in Germany, by leading the pack imagery management and artwork approval process (incl. MPC & translation support) as well as providing support for market activity management. ]

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree or similar; Completion of 1 or 2 internships in Demand function at relevant FMCG type businesses
• Apprenticeship; Minimum 3 years of work experience if background is apprenticeship
• Ability to focus – strong attention to detail
• High action orientation and drive for results
• Very good communication skills and organizational agility
• Solid knowledge of German retail landscape
• German Native Speaker level, Fluent in English, (additional command of French & Polish languages would be an advantage)
• Advanced skills in digital work tools (PowerPoint etc)

What would be your key responsibilities?
 ARTWORK APPROVAL 

• The job holder is required to lead the Artwork Approval process for all Pet Nutrition Germany brands, ensuring ‘right first time’ approved pack artwork is achieved within required timeframes. Ensure best in class knowledge management of our packaging & artwork 
• Own Legal Text Database & support Brand Managers with MPC translations– ensure that correct text is translated onto the database as required by Packaging Compliance Team.

IMAGE MANAGEMENT 

• Briefing and approval of 3D images to the external agency to get the packs shot or modelled in 3D on time as per critical pathway
• Responsible for the continual upkeep of content in internal knowledge management systems for retailer syndication.
• Brief assets to agencies to ensure we have the right images/packshots for use internally and externally.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT  

• Work with market activity officers to manage specific simple activation activities – like couponing or stickering activities
