Responsibilities:

• Oversee content planning, production, dissemination and promotion of Arup University’s technical publications and webpages
• Write and edit technical articles and online communication content to promote the firm’s brand
• Collect and comprehend technical project information via interviews and research, and present the stories clearly in an easily understandable form
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Engineering, Journalism or Communications
• At least 7 years of relevant experience; experience in construction industry will be an advantage
• Good writing and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex information into creative, compelling language; experience in writing feature stories on engineering projects is highly preferred
• Strong organisational skills and proven ability to produce content under deadline pressure
• A fast learner and willing to learn technical concepts
• Excellent English written and verbal skills. Able to read and speak Chinese is preferred
