Job Description:

1. Standardization project

• Review existing data input system and standardize data definition across various locations

• Propose optimal meeting requirements, key performance tracking indicators to stakeholders for various locations

• Provide templates to various locations on agreed performance indicators

• Support (hand hold) for roll-out of templates at various locations

2. Conduct periodic review with respective locations, identify issues and drive solutions with regular feedback to CHQ.

3. Review annual budgets, benchmarking, monthly tracking of budgets, BSC and KPI

4. Propose to management balanced scorecards for various locations in discussion with the mills.

5. Prepare SOPs related to Business Controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in finance, accounting, and statistics from top university
• More than 5 years working experience with 3 years in the role or financial analyst or business analyst
• Industrial or manufactory background is also accepted.
• Full professional proficiency in English
• High frequency business travel to Indonesia (30%) is required.
