职责描述

  • As a member of the Asia Leadership Teams, this role will contribute to the development of people management and development strategies, priorities and targets.
  • To implement the communication plans and activities that ensure the business objectives, plans, budgets and performance are effectively communicated by Directors and Managers to maximize the individual and collective contributions and commitment to continuously improve the performance of the businesses.
  • To establish and continually review the organization size and structure; identify the manpower requirements; and by best practice ( & best fit) selection practices ensure the business unit has the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Implement the Brunswick Talent Review Process in the Asia Business Units and establish the activities that will develop the leadership required to deliver business results.
  • Deliver PMP across the salaried population and a performance review approach for the hourly population, where people are aware of their part in delivering the business plans, and where objective setting, coaching and performance review processes are in place for all employees.
  • Implement the Brunswick compensation and Benefits framework (including bonus plans) in order to motivate employees to deliver the performance required to meet business unit objectives.
  • To establish business training plans that focuses on closing the critical skills gaps in the organization, and that a structured approach to the identification of training needs, delivery of training and evaluation of the training outcomes permeates through all development activity.
  • To ensure that the business complies with the employment legislative frameworks across Asia.
  • To build a high performing team working culture within the business that recognises and rewards excellence and encourages performance improvement.
  • As lead ethics counsellor for the business act as employee advocate the champion of the Brunswick Ethics programme, ensuring that all employees clearly adhere to the ethics code. Refreshing as necessary and driving the ethical behaviour required daily basis.
  • To champion the company Health and Safety management system, ensuring that all employees clearly understand and adhere to the HSE procedures, refreshing as necessary and driving safe behaviour.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business; or equivalent training in HR field.
  • HR working experience in MNC, operational and commercial background is preferred.
  • 10 + years working experience in HR field, as least 5 years in a leadership position.
