Job Description
  • Being the primary interface to the GOS for the I&C portion of the Asia BU to:
– Plan and manage the Supply/Demand of resources, facilities, supplier, etc necessary to support the Asia I&C BU projects
– Drive Variable Cost Productivity to improve profitability
– Collaborate on Make/Buy decisions for suppliers, etc.
  • Meet Revenue and Margin objectives for I&C
  • Support financial forecasting for the I&C portion of the Asia BU (SOPAR/BBYET)
  • Maintaining and updating the I&C Tollgate Process which will be used to provide high level alignment with the GOS during project execution
  • Defining and managing Indirect Product Costs for the I&C portion of the Asia BU
  • Defining and managing Capital Expenditures for the I&C portion of the Asia BU
  • Delivering ROI on Approved Innovation Projects for Asia I&C
  • Supporting Business Development
  • Offer/Bid and Proposal accountabilities:
– Defining all Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) for an offer through the use of BMS workbooks/similar processes
– Defining Risks and associated values
– Ensuring Offer/Contract Terms are commensurate with COGs and Risk values
– Protect IP
– Project Management Requirements
– Project Documentation Deliverables

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master of Science degrees in engineering or business related field.

  • Years of Experience: At least 8 years of related experience in I&C applications

  • Travel Requirements: (20% or greater travel)

  • Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with the customer and Westinghouse personnel at all levels.

  • Experience in delivering Westinghouse I&C related projects

  • Bid and Proposal experience

  • Manufacturing related experience

    • Education Level

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent
