Job Description

The Asia Inventory Management Manager will be based in Suzhou, China. Responsible for Global Operation Asia Regional Inventory Management Lead and will be the core team members within the Global Operation Asia Material organization.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Responsible for Quarterly / Monthly Finance Forecast Cycle roll up for inventory related data for the responsible sites
Accurate and Timely produce weekly and monthly inventory reporting
Maintain strong relationships with site, regional supply chain organization, finance and supply chain business planning by providing guideline, expertise and support.
Management of dedicated KOI Management for defining the standard process within the region

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

Work closely with Segment team and Supply Chain Team on process improvements
Interaction with sites to ensure alignment and compliance to support Global direction
Involvement in various projects across Worldwide, with a focus on those that touch inventory
Some exposure to various facilities processes and technologies.

Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Manufacturing business.
Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
Must have a good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
