Role Overview:
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Asia Marketing Senior Executive to join our Asia Business Development & Marketing team. This role is responsible for assisting the Asia Marketing Manager to execute the Asia marketing plans for the firm and also specified industries. The Marketing Senior Executive will also work with the global Business Development & Marketing team to ensure alignment of approach and leverage efficiencies where possible.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting the Asia Marketing Manager with the execution of the Asia marketing strategy and plans
Taking on project management of smaller projects where necessary
Coordinating the firm’s events programme across Asia (invitation, registration, communicating with delegates, collating delegate lists, badges, liaising with vendors, and post-event follow-up) with the local BD&M team
Managing and executing Greater China events and major events across the Asia region together with local BD&M team
Producing marketing collateral and ensuring quality deliverables that meet the brand's standard
Contributing ideas for business development and marketing activities across Asia
Assisting with the directories and awards submission process across Asia
Updating and maintaining client data on various databases
Assisting with the production of the internal newsletter and messages on the intranet and external website (where required)
Managing the inventory and sourcing of brand merchandise, promotional and marketing materials across Asia
Tracking and reporting of marketing related activities across Asia
Assisting with ad hoc marketing projects as they arise
Supporting the wider BD&M team as the need arises
Essential skills and experience:
5-8 years of marketing experience preferably in a professional services environment
Multi-tasker with the ability to organise and manage tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Ability with work stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Simplified Mandarin) preferred
Creative individual who is willing to contribute and initiate ideas to help build our brand and increase the market share
Proactive attitude with great attention to detail
Fun, smart, fast, reliable, and enthusiastic team player
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
