Job Description
- Collaboration with origin office operation teams to make sure all outstanding reports are followed and corrected.
- Contribute to the annual Vendor service center operating plan in line with the overarching goals of the enterprise.
- Work with regional operations managers, operations managers and SME (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure branches are meeting the global standard operating process.
- Documentation of customer specific processes to ensure execution continuity across the region
- Ensure the transfer of best practices throughout the region
- Support new account implementation, training branches on account handling/ customer specific standard operating procedures
- Monitor compliance of account handing scorecards to operational branches
- Works with Asia and US I.T. group to suggest system changes and enhancements to improve operating efficencies and industry competitiveness.
- Participate with destination account managers to help deliver customer requirement to origin operation teams.
- Vendor relationship management
- Other jobs and tasks assigned by reported manager
Position requirements:
- At least five years working experience in global freight forwarding company, and include at least two years experience in PO management area.
- Strong ability to communicate and work with people from different groups
- Strong business analysis capability;
- Proficiency in English;
- Problem shooting and resolve skill
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
