About the Company

Responsibilities

① To coordinate with the HQ for the implementation of controlling Group policies in Asia-Pacific Subsidiaries.

② To support and supervise local Controlling Dept in Asia-Pacific subsidiaries, especially for budget preparation, monthly and quarterly analysis, action plans, and some others.

③ To actively work on a variety of studies, reports and related information for decision-making purposes.

④ To support and provide advice on controlling activities when requested by other departments.

⑤ To coordinate activities with other departments and work groups as needed.

⑥ To participate or lead new projects within the Asia Pacific subsidiaries

Requirements

① University Degree + Finance related Postgraduate Studies.

② Strong communications skills with fluent English or Spanish.

③ Knowledge of Chinese Mandarin desirable.

④ Minimum 5 years experience in Multinational Controlling department.

⑤ Knowledge accounting principles and procedures and IFRS.

⑥ Strong people management skills.

⑦ Strong leadership by assigning work/projects and resolving problems.

⑧ Strong analytical skills.

⑨ Already based in P.R. of China.
